• presentation of the company at the opening ceremony,
• acknowledgement on the projection screen during breaks and before paper presentations,
• a banner ad with link to the sponsor’s homepage on the forum’s official website,
• publication of a professional article in the proceedings – including presentation of article at forum
• an A4 advertisement in the Forum proceedings,
• promotion on social networks,
• an exhibition area of 8 m2,(four poster boards measuring 1 m x 2.3 m, two poster boards measuring 0.5 m x 2.3 m, in agreed layout or own exhibition space, a desk (1 m x 0.6 m), two chairs, electrical power connection and wireless internet)
• your logo on all promotional materials (flyers, printed Forum proceedings, website, video presentation in the electronic proceedings),
• printed/electronic Forum proceedings, including all presentations and papers selected for the programme,
• four persons on the exibition area (The registration fee includes event materials, snacks and drinks during breaks, two lunches and dinner.)
